Return & Refund Policy

At Usozo, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help make the return process as simple as possible.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@usozo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request has been approved, we'll provide you with the return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@usozo.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items returned without their original tags or original packaging.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or clearance items (where permitted by applicable law).

Exchanges9

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at contact@usozo.com. The fastest way to receive your preferred item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
